During my professional working years, I developed a small, yet successful sports medicine practise that I worked in and ran for twenty years, under the name of Body & Mind. I know the importance of patient confidentiality, and now with a new business name and practice, I need to express the intention I have for continuing my deep respect for the privacy of a client’s personal details or data.
I will not disclose any information about a client. There is one exception to this rule, and that is, should the client require any further help that I cannot provide, I will naturally refer them on to another professional, with the necessary details only.

Personal Data:
I don’t collect personal information or data of people that visit my website.
I will keep personal contact information, for one month, for customer services only.
I will keep only contact details and a little information on clients that wish to see me for consultation, to track their progress. These notes will be destroyed within a year at the conclusion of our work together. The reason for a year, is due to the possibility that the client may need ongoing further support.
I have never used any prior information of clients, for any marketing purposes, nor do I intend to change that practise now moving forward.

Payments for services:
Wherever possible, I prefer direct online banking, I find this method quick and safe. I am a small business and do not see enough people to warrant a bank card payment system on site at present, however, this may change in the near future. The other way to pay is the old-fashioned one, with cash and receipt on the day.
