Here you can learn why meditation is such an effective tool, to help us gain more out of life, by creating peace, and wellbeing.

It isn’t difficult to learn, when we practice meditation, it helps us maintain a life lived in balance.

When life is a little too demanding, it helps to know we do have a place to go, to just breathe and let go of the day.  All we have to do is, turn inward to find the peace and stillness we may need.

In todays frantic world, with its constant demands on our time, it can feel like a roller coaster ride, meditation  teaches us how to slow down, so we can get off the rollercoaster of life,  so we can just stop, and breathe. A busy life style can be a breeding ground for the development of anxiety, when this happens its nice to know we have the knowledge of how to take control, how to create the peace we desire, to be able to maintain balance in our busy lives. The benefits when we meditate, help us guard and maintain our personal sense of balance in our day to day living, it can help us create a wonderful focus within our work place, it enables us to know how to turn off when we need or want to when it is time to relax. It can help with emotional clarity within our relationships.

It all begins with the breath, then, comes the introduction to the practice itself, When we meditate we create a safe space to retreat to, so we can further our understanding of ourselves.

Where we feel safe enough to examine the stress in our life. When we are ready, we can examine our emotions, to find answers to our troubles as we meditate we can learn how to detach from stress, and learn how to manage our own dysfunctional emotions like anger, or rejection. We use meditation to help diminish anxiety, increase our wellness, both physically and emotionally, so we can enjoy life even more.

Today’s pace of living is so different to, that of 10, 15, or 20 years ago. Everything is faster, more demanding than at any other time in history.

Our need to meet the many commitments in our lives, often can leave us feeling overwhelmed, we may shoulder too much responsibility, and that can often leave us feeling burnt out or anxious, maybe at times feeling little out of control. Everything is so busy, and at the end of the day when we do stop, to  sit down and rest, for some, that’s the time the realization dawns that, that isn’t as  easy as it sounds, or for some, they have forgotten simply how to switch off.

I can show you how, step by step, how to be more at ease with the everyday challenges in todays fast paced world. Let me show you how to breathe your way through anxiety, so you are more at ease with yourself and with life. let me show you how to increase your sense of wellness!

It will be held on a Monday or Tuesday evening, for four consecutive weeks. Starting at 6.45pm for a 7pm start, and will finish at 9.30pm.

The cost for the course, certification, plus manual, is $385.00. I find a manual a great help as you develop your home practice. The course is to be paid one week prior to starting, I have taught this course or ones like it for over 35 years.

If you want to join me, or just ask me any questions, please free to call me, if you want to join me on my next intake, make sure you register early, as I only run small groups, I find it is a better environment for comfortable learning. The course is taught at my home in Frankston.

Next group intake is for, Tuesday the 16th May, (New July Dates available) running one evening a week for 4 consecutive weeks ending on the sixth of June, once started, it is a closed group for the duration of the course.
