Hello my name is Wendy White, welcome to my website page on Reiki .
I am a practicing Reiki practitioner and an attuned Reiki Master, I have had the privilege of helping people with reiki for over 30 years.
As a Reiki Master I practice through private sessions with my clients, I also teach students who want to become a practitioners themselves.
Level 1 Reiki is primarily for self healing, Level 2 furthers the students ability to gain a higher level of energy exchange, to facilitate healing for others, it also increases the students ability to heal over distance and time.
For those who are new to the ancient art of Reiki, here is a little of the history behind the practice.
Reiki originated and was developed in Japan by a man called Dr Mikao Usui. He was a Christian teacher, and wanted to understand how Jesus had preformed healing miracles, It was suggested he begin his search by studying ancient Buddhist teachings. It was known that Buddha was also a healer, and so he began his search travelling to India and Tibet.
Little has changed from those ancient times, to how we practice reiki today.
This gentle art form can balance the mind, body, and spirit, it is a wonderful, non-invasive modality, and is performed in a safe, gentle environment.
With many holistic therapies available today, Reiki can be usually found under the umbrella term known as “Energy Medicine or Energy Psychology.”

Next available date for registration yet to be set in October, One and a half days duration, held at my home in Frankston.
I do not teach large groups I find small ones much more personal, and therefore are a better environment for learning and retention. Groups usually are of 2 to 6 people.
