Counselling is
such a personal service
it’s important to find the right
person for you, when this occurs,
you will feel relaxed, safe and secure.

The role of a counsellor is
to listen to the needs of a client,
to help find the right kind of approach
for them, to help them to overcome any problems,
then guide them through to a happy solution.
I can help, by introducing new perspectives, help shed light on
any current difficulties. My job is to help people develop new ways,
to better understand them selves and show new ways to improve their happiness levels.

Counselling:

My job as a counsellor, is to help a person identify
emotional blockages, then together, help them find the
right kind of therapy for them.
Counselling is often used in conjunction with hypnotherapy, this can facilitate ease with finding a solution quickly, it helps greatly if, a problem has been present for a long time.
My job as a counsellor is to help show different options, different approaches, so I can help reframe the situation, then together we can create a lasting positive change for the future.

Painful, past, memories, can often be triggered (remembered) by our emotions, when this happens, it can escalate the level of emotional reactivity. If we go through life and change nothing, then nothing changes, for the better. Counselling combined with Hypnotherapy, can help situations that may have have been around for a while, we create new and different approaches which in turn creates new beginnings.

Scientists today, know, that the brain is malleable, in other words the brain can change, if the brain/mind can change, then so can we! When we change our perceptions, and given some time to assimilate our new approaches, we can change our outlook and behavior, we can change our lives. When we change nothing, nothing changes, however when we change ourselves, everything else changes with it!

With my experience working with cognitive therapies, I know how to help a person re-think, reframe old ways of coping. Together we can change old habits, and create positive new ones. Can I help you, change the things you want to change, and maybe help you accepts the things you can’t!
